Terms

The club roster is private, and every account is approved by a board member before it opens. The club can decline or close an account — a roster is a list of people the club actually knows, not an open sign-up.

• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login.
• One account per person, under your real name, matching your PDGA number if you have one.
• Tell the board at hello@baycountydiscgolf.com if you think someone else is in your account.

The Bay County Handicap System is the club's own calculation, built from scores in sanctioned club events. It is not a PDGA rating and has no standing outside this club.

The club runs it carefully, publishes the confidence behind each number, and still cannot promise it is free of errors — scores get mis-entered and events get re-scored. A handicap here is for club play. If a number looks wrong, tell the board and it will be checked.

Please don't:

• Scrape, bulk-download or republish the roster or the leaderboards.
• Try to reach accounts, data or parts of the site that aren't yours.
• Use the contact form for marketing, or to send anything abusive.
• Disrupt the site for everyone else.

Everything else — reading it, linking to it, telling people about the club — is exactly what it is for.

The photographs on this site belong to the people credited beneath them and are used by the club with permission. The club's name, logo and event marks belong to the club. Please ask before using any of it commercially; the brand page covers what the club is happy for you to use and how.

Event results and PDGA ratings are published by the Professional Disc Golf Association, and are reproduced here with attribution. The club is not affiliated with the PDGA beyond sanctioning its events through it.

Nothing on this site is a substitute for the waiver and rules at an actual event. Disc golf is played outdoors, around water, trees and other people throwing discs. Registering for a club event is governed by that event's own terms, not by this page.

The site links out to the PDGA, Disc Golf Scene, Bay County Parks and Recreation, news coverage and the club's social pages. Those are theirs, not ours — the club has no control over what they publish or what they do with your information once you are on them.

This site is provided as it is. The club is a group of volunteers, and cannot promise the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of mistakes.

To the extent Florida law allows, Bay County Disc Golf Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site, and its total liability for anything connected with it is limited to what you have paid the club for access to it — which is nothing, because it is free.

These terms can change; the date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site means the new version applies. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and anything that cannot be sorted out by talking belongs in the courts of Bay County, Florida.
