I lost a disc

Tell the Squid Squad what went in and where. The report goes to the crew's private channel, nowhere public.

Everything here is required unless it says optional.

Goes to the crew's private channel only.

The Squid Squad is the crew who pull discs out of Majette's ponds in dry suits and get them back to their owners. The more you can tell us about where it went, the better the odds.

Found discs are held until the next tournament, then they go to the used bin. If yours comes out, we'll reach you at whatever you leave here. Out of town? The $7 ship-it-home service covers postage.

On Discord, /lost does the same thing from any channel, and only the crew sees it there too.
